For 2019 we are hosting the inaugural Excellence in Customer Service Awards. Unlike other programs, we will celebrate those who are winning by supporting their own customers and those who are developing the tools to help others find success.

The Excellence in Customer Service Award will be given out for superior performances in the past 12 months. Nominees will select an award category and their industry. Consultants, outsource partners and technology providers can choose either the industry they specialize in or their own industry.
