Jatin Joshi, is a seasoned banking technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading mission-critical financial systems and large enterprise digital transformations program at scale. As Vice President, Software Engineering Manager at U.S. Bank, he oversees the Money Movement Portfolio — encompassing Bill Payments, Real-Time Payments (RTP), ACH Transfers, A2A Transfers, and Small Business Money Movement — systems that collectively process tens of billions of dollars in transactions. A thought leader in payment systems modernization and responsible AI adoption, Jatin brings rare depth — combining hands-on engineering heritage, enterprise leadership, and scholarly rigor — to his role. Jatin is also an active academic researcher and published author with a focus on AI-driven automation in payment operations, real time payments, intelligent exception handling, and human-in-the-loop frameworks for agentic AI systems. Prior to U.S. Bank, Jatin held progressive leadership roles at Infosys Limited, where he managed large-scale technology engagements for Fortune 500 clients including BNSF Railway, Norfolk Southern, McKesson, Adidas, Procter & Gamble, and Diageo.
