Leads nationwide RAN analytics and performance architecture for 4G, 5G Advanced, IoT, and Fixed Wireless Access, building streaming data platforms on Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure that turn network telemetry into customer experience intelligence at scale. Holds a filed U.S. patent for ML-based carrier aggregation optimization and has published on cloud-native telemetry pipelines for 5G networks. Serves as a Technical Program Committee member and peer reviewer for IEEE and international conferences with over 80 reviews completed. Invited speaker at the IEEE IMED 2026 Conference in Malaysia.
