I’m an AIOps Engineer at Zurich North America, where I build centralized MLOps monitoring frameworks and automate observability across Azure and cloud environments. My work focuses on improving reliability and insights for large-scale AI systems. I’m also active in AI research and conference reviewing, with interests in machine learning, cloud computing, and emotion-aware AI.
