Saket Chaudhari
Saket Chaudhari is an experienced senior technology leader, software architect, builder, thinker, hacker and researcher who has designed, built and scaled enterprise-class software solutions for 15+ years. His work has touched upon topics ranging from software engineering, cloud native technologies, distributed systems, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and secure and scalable digital platforms. An underlying theme of his work experience has been a desire to constantly improve the state of practice while creating value for industry and for the global professional community. Designing elegant, scalable, robust software solutions tackling domain complexity has been Saket’s primary professional pursuit. He has architected and delivered mission-critical, enterprise-grade systems end-to-end at scale as Principal / Senior Software Engineer & Architect. This spans across modern paradigms - microservices architecture, REST & Event driven APIs, and cloud-native solutions with a key focus on clean designs, optimal performance, resilience, and security-by-design. Saket has been granted at least 1 patent. A patent filed in an inventor's own name represents a significant intellectual achievement as it indicates that the individual has contributed to the creation of novel ideas or processes that are recognized as new by the patent office. In the context of software and system development, obtaining a patent means Saket has successfully identified a unique problem or created an innovative solution that has not been previously disclosed and is considered non-obvious to others in the field. The process of being granted a patent requires a detailed application that demonstrates how the invention works and why it is novel. It is a clear indicator of Saket's ability not just to execute software development tasks but to innovate at a level that meets the stringent requirements set by patent authorities for intellectual property protection. Apart from applied engineering and inventions, Saket has been consistently involved in creation and distribution of knowledge. He has written research papers, technical articles and books on topics ranging from artificial intelligence, software architecture, to next-gen engineering practices. Through his works, he tries to simplify the translation from academically rigorous research to industry implementations for practitioners to adopt newer ways confidently. In addition to his research work, Saket actively participates in professional services and holds leadership positions in various communities. He has been an active member of several Professional councils, peer-reviewed international conferences and journals as well as served as a judge in hackathons and innovation challenges as Senior Member of IEEE, IETE follow member, Forbes technology council etc. Through these forums, he has strived to maintain standards in research, helped nurture budding technology professionals and direct technological innovation towards meaningful and ethical directions. Being a thought leader and keynote speaker, Saket has frequently presented on topics covering software development best practices, security vulnerabilities in contemporary systems and developing Responsible AI we can trust. His emphasis on creating responsible and ethical technology extends beyond his research and technical talks. Saket motivates organisations and fellow technology professionals to cultivate engineering practices that are sustainable, ethical, and secure by default.
