Robert Appiah is a innovative Product and Business Technologist with a passion for solving complex enterprise and SaaS challenges through scalable technology and strong product strategy. He has led and delivered products across global, multi-tenant platforms serving large organizations, operating at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and modern cloud technologies. He currently serves as a Senior Product Leader at SAP, where he drives enterprise SaaS innovation across core platforms and customer-facing experiences used by organizations worldwide. His work focuses on building extensible, reliable, and data-driven products that support diverse enterprise use cases while meeting the demands of scale, security, and long-term platform evolution. Robert holds two Master’s degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Bath, providing a strong academic foundation that complements his expertise in enterprise product strategy, SaaS platform design, AI-enabled capabilities, and cross-functional execution.
