She currently leads product strategy and expansion for Oracle Database@AWS, a first-of-its-kind multicloud product that caters to customers worldwide across Oracle and AWS cloud environments. Earlier in her career at AWS, she played a key role in delivering 20+ cloud-based products, empowering thousands of customers across the globe to reduce cloud costs, strengthen security, and move faster with GenAI-driven innovation, influencing billions in revenue. She began her career at PwC, building AI and ML solutions for pharmaceutical organizations. Beyond product leadership, Rakshana is a global conference speaker, published writer, product judge/advisor, and a committed mentor advocating for greater representation in STEM.
