Prahlad Chowdhury

Prahlad Chowdhury brings over 22 years of experience in information technology and different manufacturing areas. He is a GBCI-certified Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) and a SAFe-certified Agile Practitioner, with deep expertise in the end-to-end implementation of Digital Manufacturing solutions, including solution design and execution. Prahlad is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex business processes and has extensive knowledge of SAP’s Manufacturing suite, particularly in workflow design and configuration. He actively contributes to SAP Digital Manufacturing through product testing and participation in the Partner Extensibility Boot Camp, where he serves as a pre-release product tester. His industry experience spans a wide range of sectors, including industrial engineering products, automotive and assembly manufacturing, consumer goods (such as meat and bakery), chemicals, industrial gases, and food packaging. As a Service Delivery Manager, Prahlad has successfully led large manufacturing support teams. He excels at aligning with client roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and serving in various roles, including Architect, Technical Lead, Designer, and Production Support Manager. He possesses a firm grasp of project delivery in complex, integrated enterprise environments. In 2019, Prahlad joined Fujitsu as a Managing Architect, where he has led multiple manufacturing initiatives focused on integrating business operations with engineering technologies, delivering significant cost savings and performance improvements. Before joining Fujitsu, he held key positions at HCL America as a Technical Manager and at IBM Global as a Technical Advisory Consultant.
