Pankaj Jain
Pankaj is a seasoned IT Senior Manager with over 20 years of progressive experience across a broad range of domains including Retail Supply Chain, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Planning and Forecasting, Data Management and Governance, Customer Relationship Management (Service Contracts, Support Center, Field Services, Logistics, and Install Base), and Financial Systems (General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable). His technical expertise includes Oracle E-Business Suite, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Master Data Management (Stibo/STEP), Retail Supplier Management, Hierarchy Management, WCS ICW and DiQ applications, Automation, Customer Services Integration, Servigistics, and Pega. Pankaj has also led initiatives that leverage emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Automatic Ticket Resolver (ATR), and Data Defined Infrastructure (DDI), alongside advanced monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, earning recognition as a Splunk Hackathon Winner. Currently he is working as tower lead for Supply Chain and Warehouse Control Systems. Throughout his career, Pankaj has held diverse leadership roles including Technical Lead, Automation Architect, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Operations Lead, Transition Lead, and Solution Architect. He brings end-to-end experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Solution/Design, Development, Implementation, Data Conversion, Testing, IT Transformation and Production support. He holds multiple professional certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, Oracle PL/SQL Developer OCA, Oracle Forms Developer OCP, Oracle DBA OCA, Oracle Internet Application Developer OCP, Oracle HCM Cloud Sales Specialist, Blockchain, Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and STEP Trailblazer (Workflow and WebUI). He is also a lifetime member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). Pankaj’s contributions have been widely recognized with numerous accolades such as Client Value Creation, Delivery Excellence, TechStar, and awards for Oracle Implementation and Stabilization in Retail Supply Chain and WCS. Beyond his corporate achievements, he actively contributes to the research community. He published his research work in IEEE, the International Journal of Computer Trends and Technology, and Scientific & Academic Publishing includes, “Behaviour of Induction Machine under Various Dynamic Conditions when Operating as an Induction Generator”, “A Study of Application and Database Monitoring in Retail Warehouse Control Systems” and “Optimizing Warehouse Control Systems for Peak Season Performance: A Study of Application Management and IT Support in Retail Distribution Centers”.
