Mitesh Shah is a senior product leader with over a decade of experience building AI-powered products at companies like PayPal, Block (Square), Uber, and Amazon. He currently leads AI personalization efforts at PayPal, where he’s working on intelligent commerce APIs that help people discover and buy the right products in real time—shaping the company’s broader Reimagine Commerce strategy. In past roles, Mitesh built the internal AI platform at Square that enabled teams to launch GenAI-powered tools used by over 500,000 small businesses, helped launch Buy with Prime at Amazon to bring Prime benefits to third-party brands, and led AI-driven support automation at Uber. His work focuses on turning cutting-edge technology into practical, scalable systems—especially in complex, highly regulated environments. Mitesh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in engineering from IIT Bombay.
