With 15+ years in operations and entrepreneurship, I specialize in building scalable systems, product delivery, and supply networks. Previously, I founded Hardkea, a custom concrete furniture brand in Eastern Europe, and served as Head of Maintenance at Local Kitchen, one of the region’s largest dark kitchen networks.
