As a Principal Technical Architect at The Walt Disney Company, I lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions, which include computer vision, knowledge graphs, and real-time inference platforms, all within highly dynamic and large-scale environments. My work has significantly enhanced operational intelligence and guest experiences, particularly through proprietary crowd analytics, hybrid training architectures, and serverless MLOps systems built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Over my two-decade career, I have held leadership roles at Fractal Analytics, Mu Sigma, and Infosys, where I developed and scaled machine learning-based solutions for real-time recommendations, text mining, and large-scale data platforms. I possess deep expertise in applying generative AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and cognitive architectures, to address complex challenges in search, recommendation, and semantic understanding.
