Jieni (Jeni) Huang

Jieni Huang is a visionary Product Designer at Microsoft, specializing in AI-powered innovation and inclusive design. She is currently shaping the workplace experience in Microsoft M365 Copilot and was previously the key designer of Microsoft Places, an AI-powered workplace app launched in mid-2024. Microsoft Places has received nearly 50 international media coverages and widespread recognition for redefining the future of hybrid work. As a juror for multiple international design awards - including Awwwards, Indigo Design Award, Orpetron Design Award, AI Design Award (AIDA), and Online Design Awards - Jieni leverages her expertise to recognize and promote outstanding creative work. Committed to mentoring, Jieni has guided aspiring designers at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Washington, inspiring them to address global challenges with empathy and innovation. Jieni’s mission is to create and empower others to design inclusive, impactful solutions that enhance the human experience.
