I’m a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on NLP, Generative AI, and Recommendation Systems. At Cisco, I develop and evaluate ML models for key initiatives in Webex Contact Center AI and Collaboration AI. I’m passionate about turning cutting-edge research into practical, scalable end-to-end solutions that enhance user experiences. I have a solid background in software engineering and hold a Master’s degree in Information Management & Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, where I specialized in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
