Anthony Berryhill

Anthony Berryhill, FRSA, is a global strategist specializing in the intersection of elite education, social impact, and corporate talent development. A first-generation scholar from New Orleans, Anthony reverse-engineered a personal development path from a neighborhood devastated by Hurricane Katrina (the Lower 9th Ward) to Stanford University and Yale University. A former Vice President at PIMCO and a 3x National Champion Debate Coach, he is the founder of Elite College Hacker, where he democratizes access to the world’s most selective institutions. This is a premier strategic consultancy that integrates championship-level debate strategies, institutional-grade professional development, and graduate-school level academic training within talent development. Unlike traditional admissions firms, the coaching approach focuses on building functional and institutional literacy—equipping all college applicants and business employees with the specific communication and analytical tools required to win in admissions and business. By applying a proprietary systems and skills-based framework to people development, the firm has secured over $1.4M in annual scholarships and maintains a 100% college persistence rate. Elite College Hacker is dedicated to building the next generation of global leaders through the rigorous application of data-driven strategy and ethics. Named "America’s Greatest Thinker" in 2018, Berryhill is also an expert in strategic persuasion and influence. He currently serves on the instructional staff at Harvard University teaching courses on negotiation. In January 2026, Anthony was named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and awarded the title of Global Equity Champion of Education and Social Mobility for the 16th World Leaders Summit held at the University of Oxford.
