Aishwarya Parasuram

Aishwarya Parasuram is a Tech Lead at Waymo (Alphabet), developing safety-critical motion planning and decision-making systems for autonomous vehicles. Over the past decade, she has led high-impact projects enabling large-scale deployment of Waymo’s fleet and authored eight U.S. and international patents in motion planning, AI, and robotics. She contributes to the global robotics community as a peer reviewer for IEEE Access, RA-L, and T-RO, and as a judge for the Edison and Globee Awards. Aishwarya holds an M.S. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a B.E. from MSRIT, where she was named Outstanding Graduating Student.
