Abhishek Dharmaratnakar

Abhishek is a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Google with over 8.5 years of experience in AI Infrastructure, Video Synthesis, and Large-Scale Distributed Systems. He currently directs a cross-functional organization of engineers for YouTube Premium, where value features have helped scale global infrastructure to support and retain over 100 million subscribers An active contributor to the global research community, Abhishek serves as a Reviewer/PC for ICLR, CVPR, and EuroSys. His own research in Generative AI and Multi-agent Recommender Systems has been featured in WSDM and AAAI.
