With over a decade of experience in the software and insurance technology industry, I have a strong background in AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise system implementations. Currently, I serve as a senior technology leader specializing in platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire, with hands-on experience integrating AI and automation solutions within the insurance sector. I am a UK Design Patent holder and the author of four peer-reviewed papers published in Scopus-indexed and IEEE journals, covering topics such as AI-driven claims processing, risk modeling, and insurance productivity enhancement. I am actively involved in the academic and research ecosystem as a reviewer for IEEE journals and conference papers under IEEE, Scopus, and Springer. I also serve as a judge at U.S.-based research forums and regularly assess technical work within leading firms including EY, Atos, and Mindtree. Additionally, I contribute to global academic governance as a member of the Global Academic Council Board (GACB) and the IEEE AI Policy Committee (AIPC).
