With over a decade of experience in the software and insurance technology industry, I have a strong background in AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise system implementations. Currently, I serve as a senior technology leader specializing in platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire, with hands-on experience integrating AI and automation solutions within the insurance sector. I am a UK Design Patent holder and the author of four peer-reviewed papers published in Scopus-indexed and IEEE journals, covering topics such as AI-driven claims processing, risk modeling, and insurance productivity enhancement. I am actively involved in the academic and research ecosystem as a reviewer for IEEE journals and conference papers under IEEE, Scopus, and Springer. I also serve as a judge at U.S.-based research forums and regularly assess technical work within leading firms including EY, Atos, and Mindtree. Additionally, I contribute to global academic governance as a member of the Global Academic Council Board (GACB) and the IEEE AI Policy Committee (AIPC). My mentoring experience spans prestigious institutions such as the Great Lakes Institute of Management and the Texas McCombs School of Business, where I’ve guided hundreds of students in data science and analytics programs. One of my blogs on Bayesian networks has gained over 7,500 views, underscoring my ability to evaluate and present complex technical concepts clearly.
