Jesse Anderson
Blanton Turner

Jesse is the Director of Sustainability for Blanton Turner, a fee based property management and pre-development consulting company.

He specializes in building management with LEED certifications, verifying compliance with city and state environmental requirements, benchmarking energy and water usage, and predevelopment consulting. He has worked in this field for the last 4 years and has a formal education (MSc.) in Sustainable Development with a specialization in building systems for resource conservation.

Emily Davis

Emily is the DHL Supply Chain division’s North American lead for the GoGreen program, the Group’s award winning environmental protection program.  DHL Supply Chain is the Americas’ leader in contract logistics and part of Deutsche Post DHL Group. She is responsible for optimizing fleet and subcontractors, improving the energy efficiency of facilities, carbon accounting, introducing innovative technologies into operations, mobilizing associates, liaising with U.S. agencies and partners, and developing green logistics solutions for customers.

Dawn Emling
Thomson Reuters

Dawn is Global Head of Strategy and Sustainability Initiatives, Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion, Thomson Reuters.  In this role she oversees planning, execution and measurement within the Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion functions.  She also leads on key Sustainability efforts within the company.  Dawn has over 20 years experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, international development, and social entrepreneurship.  Prior to her role with Thomson Reuters she served as CEO of a sustainability consulting firm and COO of a social impact technology company.  During her tenure with Credit Suisse, Dawn held two leadership positions as the Head of Sustainability in EMEA and the Head of Community Investment in Asia.  Early in her career, Dawn was a Senior Advisor to the United States Agency for International Development on democracy and human rights.

Frances Fay
Amec Foster Wheeler

Frances is the Global Sustainability Director for Amec Foster Wheeler - international engineering and project management specialists for the Oil and Gas, Mining, Clean Energy and Environment and Infrastructure sectors.

She has expertise across sustainability strategy development and implementation, employee engagement, and embedding sustainability into project delivery and innovation for our customers.

Kelsey Hallowell
Reduction In Motion

Kelsey starting talking trash with Reduction In Motion in 2012 as a Greening Facilitator after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Washington College.  She spent 2 years learning the ins and outs of all things related to waste flow and daily operations for large organizations before she worked her way up to become our Communications and Outreach Coordinator.  Her time spent with her boots on the ground as a facilitator enabled her to gain invaluable insight into the complex world of trash and the difficult job of enacting cultural change within large organizations.  In her role today she spends much of her time in front of program stakeholders, conducting presentations, education and training and also designing the supportive signage and communications that are the backbone of all successful waste diversion programs.

David Harding-Brown
1HQ Brand Agency

David is the Technical Director & Head of Sustainability at 1HQ Brand Agency in Windsor. Hugely experienced Creative Services professional with a solid background in delivering brand implementation on a global scale. Davis is FIMMM, APkgPrf, CSR-P, Starpack Judge, Packaging Society UK main board, also works with Packaging Society Training & Education board, IOM3 Sustainable Development Group and PIABC. He is passionate about delivering ROI and tangible benefits to both brand owners and communities.

Kristina Joss
Salterbaxter MSLGROUP

Kristina is a communications professional with international experience in corporate communications, sustainability and business development for businesses across a multitude of sectors.

She creates and communicates strategic initiatives for companies of all sizes that recognize the competitive advantage that a strategic approach to corporate responsibility can bring to their business while achieving growth. She has advised senior executives at Citigroup, Hilton Worldwide, and PepsiCo on their sustainable business journey.

Rosie Kang

Ropsie has a proven track-record as a competent and effective energy efficiency solutions developer. Relevant experience as a Program Manager for various Southern California utility demand side management programs, as well as her close work with local government agencies and school districts will prove pivotal in helping the jurisdictions move efficiently through any utility bureaucracy. Rosie is respected for her systems thinking ability, and her ability to swiftly identify and resolve obstacles in a process. Prior to joining Willdan Rosie spent eight years as a Client Relationship Manager in a B2B environment.

Beth Keel
San Antonio Housing Authority

Beth is the Sustainability Initiatives Liaison for the San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She spent her life in the natural world looking for simple ways to understand interconnectedness. She attended Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado for a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Leadership. She brings life and university experience to SAHA by looking outside of the box for answers in sustainability, education, green building, and conservation. She has continued her education as a Certified Energy Rater, Certified RESnet Green Rater, Certified in Permaculture Design, a Texas Master Naturalist, and is currently working on her Certified Energy Manager. She has brought the agency 12 national awards, 11 local awards.

Bomin Kim
Sasaki Associates

Bomin specializes in energy dynamics, focusing on the intersection between the built environment and building science. She facilitates opportunities for integrating different disciplines into a cohesive and comprehensive design of resource-efficient and healthy environments at multiple scales. Bringing a unique vision for the future of sustainability, her goal is to expand the study of building-science beyond standard energy metrics in order to create a greater evaluation of the flow of energy within a more comprehensive energy system.

Ron Loch
G&S Communications

Ron helps businesses gain by doing good as the lead in the agency’s Chicago office and head of the sustainability consulting team, collaborating with global Fortune 1000 companies and green business start-ups on strategic, integrated programs that add value to sustainability efforts and promote clean technologies. Ron moderates many of the firm’s thought leadership events, which have welcomed speakers from Businessweek, Burt’s Bees, Chicago Tribune, Cummins, The Economist, Time Magazine, The Sustainability Consortium, The World Food Prize Foundation, U.S. Green Building Council, U.N. Global Compact, and more. He oversees publication of the annual G&S Sense & Sustainability® Study, which gauges public perceptions of the corporate commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Justine Mouron

Justine is an emerging professional in the sustainability field. As a civil engineer she specializes in construction and is currently working in Green Building Consulting.

Patti Olenick

For more than 7 years, Patti has been responsible for changing the corporate culture at Weis Markets and to seed ideas and opportunities towards sustainability at 204 grocery stores in seven states for 20,000 Associates. Directs cross functional projects and collaborates with all departments to measure and report sustainable metric results to verify corporate goals. Weis relies on her to plan, develop and implement programs and initiatives that incorporate sustainable ideals while demonstrating business success.

Tina Owens

Tina has worked at Kellogg in supply chain roles for 15 years and holds an MBA from Spring Arbor University. For 7 years she has directly managed supply chains for Kashi brands including Bear Naked, Stretch Island Fruit Company, and Pure Organics. Tina achieved the first round of Non-GMO Project Verified products for Kashi in 2011 and continued to support the Non-GMO Project Renovation work for the full Kashi portfolio. She currently manages the Certified Transitional sourcing program and leads Sustainability strategy for all Kashi brands."

Joe Parisi
TD Bank

Joe is the Sustainability Programs Manager at TD Bank.  In this role he helps plan and implement initiatives across the US and Canada to improve energy, water, waste efficiency and innovation as well as LEED and WELL certification for the bank.  He also teaches sustainability part time at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia.  Prior to joining TD Bank, Joe served as sustainability manager with the US General Services Administration helping to progress the sustainability initiatives of the Federal Government. 

Josh Richards
First Potomac Realty Trust

Josh is an energy & sustainability professional working in the commercial real estate sector in the Greater Washington area. He provides leadership in resource efficiency and tenant health & productivity within the commercial office market, emphasizing simultaneous advancements in environmental performance and business growth. Josh has also worked on a variety of projects, from the development of water quality criteria for Gulf Coast states in support of the Clean Water Act to the advancement of climate change negotiations within the United Nations and on the ground through conservation and economic development efforts in more than ten nations across the globe.

Kelly Vickers
Alliance Residential Company

As Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility Ms. Vickers has been responsible for developing Alliance’s sustainability program, known as Focus Green, from the ground up - writing the company’s sustainability policy and best practices, implementing sustainability initiatives and reporting, and embedding sustainability into Alliance culture through education efforts, company-wide campaigns, and storytelling. Ms. Vickers also oversees the Alliance Cares program, which is the charity arm of the company and focuses on giving back to the environment, helping those in vulnerable housing situations and community advocacy. She has 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, graduated with honors from Dominican University of California with a BA in Humanities with a cultural studies focus and an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise. She is a LEED Green Associate, a certified Green Globes Professional, a member of the USGBC’s Northern California Chapter and LEED User Group for Multifamily and sits on both the NAA Operations Committee and IREM's Sustainability Advisory Board.

Jeff is a global technology executive with a passion to challenge conventional thinking and deliver exceptional results. He currently serves as Vice President and CIO for Commercial and Marketing at General Electric (GE).

Jeffrey Yorzyk
Green Chef

Jeffery is a seasoned sustainability professional with a broad base of expertise and over 15 years experience in sustainability. He worked as a consultant for 10 years with deep exposure to tools like Life Cycle Assessment, ISO 14001 and management systems approaches, best practice benchmarking and corporate reporting - across a large number of sectors, from mining to consumer packaged goods. He has also spent many years volunteering on the board of various sustainability nonprofits - including a Colorado-regional group called CORE (Connected Organizations for a Responsible Economy) that ran a Sustainable Opportunities Summit in Denver for 7 years.
