A New Recognition Platform Celebrating the Women Behind Transformational Work—Now Open for Nominations and Sponsorships
PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Business Intelligence Group today announced the launch of the Herizon Awards, a global recognition initiative created to honor women who are transforming the way we work, build, and lead. Through two powerful recognition tracks—a public shoutout platform and a formal awards program—Herizon is designed to shine a light on women driving meaningful change at every level.
Horizon Awards Purpose and Impact
Herizon was born from a simple truth: many of the most impactful changes happening inside teams, departments, companies, and industries are being led by women—and yet those stories often go untold. This program exists to change that.
It’s not about status or seniority. Herizon recognizes all types of contributions—whether it’s a frontline worker improving a workflow, a manager shifting culture, or a founder shaking up a sector. It’s about real stories of real impact.
Two Ways to Celebrate Women Leading Change
Herizon Public Shoutouts
Anyone can publicly recognize a woman who is making a difference through a $5 nomination. Nominees receive a digital certificate and can approve or personalize their entry. This initiative is a grassroots celebration of everyday transformation, and proceeds go directly to women-centered charities.

Program Leadership
While the Herizon Awards are guided and hosted by the Business Intelligence Group, the program’s mission and values were shaped by a diverse and influential advisory board. These leaders, drawn from across sectors and continents, include Aliona Margulis (Satisfi Labs), Eliana Starbird (Business Intelligence Group), Deni Kasrel (Ascenda Agency), Priya Sinha (Vodafone), Louisa Gregory (formerly of eEnergy and Colt), Ruth Redding (Ruth Redding Ltd.), Jennifer Handshew (180 Marketing Communications), and Hitali Shah (Electronic Arts). Their collective experience and insight inform the award structure, messaging, and the program’s unwavering focus on equity and visibility.
