Bryan Brochu is a Senior Associate for Kuczmarski Innovation and Director of the Innovators Connection, a program of the Chicago Innovation Awards.
At his time with KI, Mr. Brochu has worked with clients in both B2B and B2C industries, including manufacturing, distribution, media services, and service operations. On a recent project, he worked with a client-integrated team from a major U.S. arcade game manufacturer to develop a portfolio of both new-to-the-category and new-to-the-world products and services that would expand the company into new markets. He managed and executed research plans to identify opportunity areas through exploring the unmet needs of distributors and operators. These insights, combined with insights obtained from consumer focus groups, led to the development of several new product and service concepts that would extend the base business of making arcade games into new locations. The resulting portfolio of new product concepts were valued at over $100MM in potential sales, and are currently in the process of development and commercialization.
